Test and tag

Portable appliance testing for offices, shops, trades, hospitality venues and homes. Every item is inspected, electrically tested and tagged, and you get the paperwork to show for it.

RCD safety-switch testing

We test the safety switches in your switchboard and your portable RCDs, to check they cut the power quickly when something goes wrong.

Fire equipment testing

Inspection and testing of fire extinguishers, hose reels and fire blankets, so the gear on your walls is ready if it’s ever needed.

Emergency Exit Lights Testing

We test emergency lights and exit signs to check they switch on when mains power is cut and stay lit on backup batteries.

Microwave radiation testing

Leakage testing for microwave ovens in staff rooms, cafes and homes, checking around the door and seals where radiation could escape.

Most workplaces have more than one thing due at the same time. Tell us everything you need when you get in touch and we’ll do it in one visit where we can, so you’re not booking us twice.

Test and tag from $80 (+GST)

$80 (+GST) minimum charge, which covers the first 20 items, travel and setup, tags and labels, electrical safety documentation and a Certificate of Compliance.

Each item after that is $2.20 to $3.90 (+GST).
